What if the photo is of the wrong property? Every effort is made to double verify that each of the picture displayed on this website corresponds to the correct address of the property. At times, however, Clark County Assessor's records, U.S. Post Office records and displayed building addresses do not correspond. Every effort has been made to provide properties that appear to have address conflicts under all possible addresses. Photos of the wrong property are expected to be rare, and we will offer a credit in the event that a photo of this type is displayed and sold to a customer.
How are properties with multiple buildings at one address handled?
It is our convention to use the property address with an "A" "B" "C" following it to denote multiple buildings identified with the same address. When searching, put in the address number, like '6680' and then select from the photos, or search by street name like 'Flamingo' and identify the property that you are looking for. The "Search" engine is robust and most property photos can be found quickly.
What coverage is expected? It is unlikely that we will be able to provide photos of every commercial property in metropolitan Las Vegas. This site will, however, attempt to provide photos of a significant portion of the commercial / industrial buildings within the target area, and we anticipate several thousand photos will be availble in early 2008. If you have special wants or needs, send us an e-mail via "contact us" and we will try to accomodate them.
Why do some photos have trees and power lines blocking the building, the photo displayed is the rear of the building, there is poor lighting or there are other quality issues? We attempt to take the best photos possible given a number of lighting, weather, foilage and access issues. Always select a photo to see if there are multiple shots taken of the same building. At times there are up to 5 photos of the a building or center located at the address indicated. The additional photos may have been taken due to; multiple buildings, large building size, lighting or other issues.
Are ancillary buildings / improvements photographed? Property improvements, like gas pumps and canopies at convenience stores, are usually photographed and included as "additional photographs" and associated with the primary photo. As discussed, these secondary photos can only be viewed as thumbnails when the primary is selected for check out.
